Hid it because it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Price

You get an extremely well made knife for an extremely good price.

Take advantage of combined shipping through culinary depot and these winco knives are a deal.

Packaging/appearance

I do recommend getting the winco 14 inch honing steel to accompany it.

My review was of the winco 12-inch chef's knife.

It is very sharp right out of the package.

Competitiveness

I was worried that it would be clumsy but it's actually easier to use than my wife's chicago cutlery 10-inch chef's knife.

Feels like my smaller wusthoff classic w/ hormones.

My wife was mad at me for spending so much money on such a high-quality instrument.

Low grain chinesium stainless steel that does not take or hold an edge well.
