The nonstick surface is very nonstick, and the handle is nice, but i hate everything else. There is far to little ferrous material in the pan.

The first one received had finish defects the non stick coating had rough spots and the center of the pan was not exactly flat

Contrary to what anthony bourdain once wrote about not washing nonstick pans and just wiping them out yes indeed you should wait until the pan is cool and clean it with dish soap

You can also use barkeepers friend on the bottom only to keep it looking close to new
