The pan is thick enough that it heats up evenly. It efficiently evaporate liquids to help thicken up the sauce.
Overall, a good purchase. Can't recommend it enough. The sloped sides also make it perfect for stir-fries.
Great wok. Nice and hefty, sturdy. The handle is very sturdy.

Stick to stainless, anodized aluminum and cast when making or using pasta sauce that involves tomatoes.
This is a wok style aluminum pan [non anodized] and keep seeing pasta and pasta sauce in reviews.

It’s perfect and the price is amazing.
For the price it is still well worth having one of these pans even if that is all you use it for.

At 5634 the upward angle of the handle and that its about an inch too short for twohanded techniques for me means i dont feel in control of the pan
