Pros

The oval shape makes them easy to fit into the oven. They have a hot spot in the center where the fire pot is. For heating/broiling things like steak, and then taking right to the table.

Hand washing gives keeps the shine very nicely. They are very shiny to start with but this can fade over time.

Cons

Now it looks like scrap metal. Not worth the money and hassle. This item was delivered and was dirty and had scratches. Will be looking for a different option.

The one i had previously was aluminum and it got all messed up when i put it in the dishwasher.

This is going to save me lots of money.

Versatile piece of cookware for the money.

Packaging/appearance

I ordered 6 and they all came wrapped in plastic and then stacked.

On a side note, i received both platters damaged, both bent on one end.

Even just a piece of packing dish foam around them.

Came kind of scuffed, but whatever, i’m sure it was going to get a bit beat up anyway.
