It's as good as any other working chef's knife no matter what the price.

Love this so much i want a whole set of winco knives!

I have a shorter-bladed one myself and agree that winco knives are the best balance between quality and price.

My block has a mixture of sabatier and henkel but now the top slot is occupied by a winco ten inch.

Not a good value at the current price , over 20.
