The quality is better than what you would find at the usual mainstream box stores.
The quality is amazing, especially for the price.
The rivet is also something that i can easily fix myself if and when it fails, given the quality however i don't expect it to.
Packaging/appearance
They are strong enough to position medium sized logs in the firepit as well, so a great asset for working a campfire.

For grilling i actually prefer tongs that do not lock if like these they also dont open too wide

I had an initial hesitation because these don’t have a clip or tool to keep them closed which seems annoying but isn’t a really big deal

The cost of these tongs are in the same range as other more cheaply made tongs of the same size however i expect them to last for well past the time my estate passes to my children
