Pros
Ladle is small-ish and the handle is short-ish, but winco offers different sizes so that you can pick the one that best meets your needs. Holds a lot of soup or stew.
Cons
This is the most flimsy metal ladle i've ever used. It’s cheap and thin, hurts to hold and difficult to store in drawers. When you grip the handle the edges feel sharp to the touch.

If at home cooking using a 12qt or larger stock pot this ladle would be ideal as a large ladle
