Pros

Strainer is a good size for setting strained pasta, veggies, etc. The wood handle makes it super sturdy. Great for straining bone broth and or other large straining job.

It is a fine mesh but not as fine as i would like it to be in order to strain combed honey from my small apiary. The mesh is strong and rigid -- making it easy to rinse, clean & store. It's very easy to clean with sponge and soap water.

If i ever need to purchase another one, the winco strainer is at the top of my list. Buying more now but should have done so sooner. Worth the money.

Cons

The wire mesh may be stainless steel but the rest if the metal is not. It's flimsy and feels like it will break or bend if much weight is added. The handle is not nearly rigid enough.

Great price, but, as others have noted, it's flimsy. Was very disappointed. Waste of money.

This is not an 8 inch strainer. The basket is extremely wobbly where it’s fastened to the handle. This strainer is weakest at the mid-point joint.

It’s easy to use, rice didn’t fall through, and washed well in the dishwasher.

This strainer works very nicely for fine washing and tucks into my other strainers for storage.

- cheapcons- must wait for gravity to eventually stop dripping as it can only handle very light shaking.

Wish it wasn't made in china, as who knows what toxins are in the metal.

Can't believe people complain about a product that is under $5get over yourself

But for the price, it's a great bargain.
