One of my pet peeves over the years is one of design flaws. The clamp on this is incredibly hard to move. The rubber cups are worthless, and they’re not accurate at all. Then they are not returnable.
This is a big noooo for milk steaming. It now says room temp is about 200 degrees, lol.

They work fine but do not stay in place and are difficult to read

Its bigger than a typical cooking thermometer however when grilling its hard to read the numbers due to the splattering of sauceoil
