Pros
Perfect for my creamer and sugar. Saves my counters and stove top from being a mess of dripped batter. My husband is hibachi chef this item is good for him to use yummy yummy sauce.
Cons
Quite cheaply made. The medal slider doesn't stay in contact on the top, you have to continually fix it because it pops off. Look at better quality drip cuts.

Metal lever that slides at the top with a thumb press just like at the restaurant only the body and handle are made of plastic
