Pros
With the clip being adjustable, i am able to use this in both my small (12oz) and large (20oz) frothing pitchers. I know it's only a 1 dial, but wished the numbers were a little bigger or in bold to make them easier to see.
Cons
One of my pet peeves over the years is one of design flaws. Ruined my peanut brittle. It seems it was just flat-out defective. Then they are not returnable.
This is a big noooo for milk steaming because we all know if the milk passes 155-160f, it would start to taste really bad. It now says room temp is about 200 degrees, lol.

Still, that's a small price to pay for the ability to properly cook your food.
