Pros

Place * potatoes in ring to about an inch and a quarter high. Heat up 1/4 of oil. Insert ring to oil. Now that it worked i need 3 more.

Cons

It is hard to put scrambled eggs on a griddle because it is slightly sloped toward the drip tray. Egg detritus sticks to the ring afterwards; it is very difficult to clean.
