Pros

Winco 5 inch utility knife is a great value. Needed another 5-inch utility knife, but could not find one that was not serrated. Chicago cutlery black-handled full-tang knives are very affordable and sharpen well.

It stays sharp through a lot of chopping, cutting and heavy use. I have a great sharpener and a honing stick, and this baby will cut and trim like a $50 knife. My only complain is that it could have been a bit sharper out of the box.

The handle feels nice after a 10 hour shift. It's smooth and solid and easy to maneuver.

Cons

What a shame, because i like the handle -- it's not a wimpy one that will cramp your hand.
