Pros

Large heavy guage with tight fitting lid of same quality. It heats very evenly, and it's huge! Favorite things to cook with large stir fries, chili meat, and lasagna or italian sauces needing reduction.

Cons

The pan itself is great but the lid is warped. It doesn't sit flush on the pan.

The 12 inch 7 qt sauté pan is everything i wanted: large, good heat distribution, high sides and a lid.

So this heats up fast and is wide and deep enough to deep fry and gets to right temp for flash frying.

It heats very evenly, and it's huge!

The lid is awesome because it is too big for splash guards but i can also use it for my 14" cast iron pan as well.

Price

I think it's a great deal for a great pan at a great price.

Overall, this pan is a worth every penny.
