Pros & Cons
Pros
It cleans beautifully. It's like a taller caldero, but the best part is that it's stainless steel. The bottom distributes the heat well.
Highlights
Quality
Worked well on an induction burner, good quality material.
Cadco is professional grade… fantastic heat distribution, stainless steel….
To be honest, i didn’t want to test it out (at the risk of not being able to crisp the skin and drying out the meat).
The handles and lid are heavy duty.
Packaging/appearance
I hand wash it and use wooden utensils (not that you need to) and it looks as good as it did when it arrived.
