This wok gadget is huge enough to contain all things that you take from your wok, even a whole fish. I use it for all stages of cooking from washing and holding cut vegetables to drip dry,to holding blanched vegetables prior to stir frying.

It can be heavy but this would serve as a good workout anyway

The strainer portion will not flex unexpectedly nor will the short handle bend

Please be aware that it’s about 12 inches in width so you’re not generally using it as a scoop to remove food from your cooking pot or pan
