Highlights
Quality
Feel great and holds food without feeling flimsy
I liked the size and sturdy design of this utensil, reminds me of the quality of years gone by.
I'll update if they have any performance problems down the road, but i doubt they will: this is clearly an industrial quality item.
Edit: the springs in these are so beefy that they make my hands tired to use them for very long.

They definitely don’t feel as sturdy as the longer ones and they are very sharp so be careful when you wash them they cut both my husband and myself

Maybe even overkill because it could be used in a everyday commercial kitchen situation

If you are not careful the lock will drop down a prevent you from opening the tongs

Im a huge fan of tongs with rings because it keeps them easy to store and retrieve from a drawer but its not a locking mechanism that requires two hands to operate such as pull style ones eg oxo or a counterintuitive updown magic latch forever accidentally locking those or unable to remember how to unlock them under pressure of something needing a turn rightnow ugh
