It works phenomenally, is easy to clean, very durable and i’ve used it for burgers and steaks with great success!

Its a great press to crush garlic, smash and weight smashburgers, maintain contact with the pan on steak.

The handle completely mitigates the heat from the pan.

About two-thirds the weight is on one side, which means it presses unevenly on whatever you are cooking.

Price

It is a bit pricey for what it is, but i understand that the material cost of stainless steel is high.
