Pros
This simple tool is a must have for any serious or even dabbling baker. It scrapes dough residue off countertop surfaces without scratching.
Great dough cutter. Great for bench cleaning, cutting dough. Also used it for gathering and transferring sliced vegetable.
Cons
The blade on this bench scraper is completely flat and approximatively two milimeters thick. Competing bench scrapers have a thinner and beveled cutting edge. Many come with plastic handles, which are much easier to clean and are dishwasher safe.

I purchased this a while ago because it is very reasonably priced, and i needed a few bucks to get free shipping (lol).
It's not worth it anymore because of the 12$ shipping, but i got it before that and frankly it's amazing for the price i paid!
