Pros

It is very easy to use. It removes the dirt and grime. Even without any scrubbing, does a great job.

No ladders and no hassling with screens; just spray and rinse. We have a 2 story house and can't wash the outsides of the windows without a ladder.

Cons

The pricing indicates half of the cost is one item. Listing is misleading! I have no idea what all the rage is!

I have to take a 3 tile blade and scrape every single pane by hand, making the work 2-3 times harder than necessary. If anyone tries to use this on their windows or power-wash their windows, scream at them to stop.
