There was an issue with the key i received but they responded to my whatsapp message on a saturday morning and sent me another one straight away and that worked

I was a bit apprehensive about this given the low number of reviews one warning to stay away and the price but tried it on the basis id be covered through amazons return protection

I didnt actually receive the key within 6 hours so that got me a bit nervous i contacted the seller 2 days after placing the order and then on the 4th day following the order i received the instructions

Secondly in the email you receive from the seller you will get a licence key and a few different links

Dont just use the licence key in the email you need to follow the instructions in one of the links

So i for example followed the link to the upgrade from home instructions

So basically follow the instructions in the appropriate link and those will tell you when to use the key in the main email
