Pros & Cons
Pros
I disagree with the complaint that the screws are too short. The interior light helps when selecting the right bottle. The only drawback is that the temperature indicators are hard to read in bright light.
It is very quiet. It keeps the wine chilled in the two zones. If the power goes out, it tends to reset my temperature settings. Only minor complaint is that it’s a little louder than desired when the compressor is running.
It was packaged in heavy cardboard and a complete styrofoam surround. It comes with a vacuum wine stopper.
The temperature zones are great - i've got reds on top, */rose on the bottom. Good rack spacing, and keeps wine at serving temperature whether it is white or red.
Cons
The compressor clicks on loudly, and when running, the unit loudly hisses and bubbles.
It makes you question the utility of the interior light as it can only be seen with the door open. It sounds almost like an electrical short, likely is not and instead is inherent to its design- cheap parts i assume.
The company’s refusal to replace my corkscrew tells me that wine enthusiast is a * company. Sad, as we is well known as a sommelier organization.
Highlights
Quality
Model was easy to set up and thus far seems quiet and efficient.
The new unit is great and works perfectly!
Wine enthusiast told me it would “fade away” in 2-4 weeks and if not call back.
Once filled with wine, very little noise!
Price
I think it’s a reasonable product for the cost.
It was more expensive but worth the money as it always maintains the set temperatures.
Shipping
I requested a replacement and it arrived less than a week later.
I will be traveling so they will ship when i return next month.

Fairly speaking at this price point it is a very functional wine fridge with not so much noise… it does the job… but height between racks is the headache for burgundy bottles… the shape of the rack and the height are both very specifically designed for bordeaux…
