Pros
Wood is rich and has a pristine finish. Arrived promptly. Construction is very good and it shipped quickly.
Cons
The fisheye hook to ceiling us cheesy. Only fits very thin stem wine glasses. Very tiny grooves for the glasses stems.

It's made very well and is sturdy.
Very nice & sturdy, hanging chains just a little short, will buy extension chains to drop a couple of inches.
Not good for thick stemmed glassware since they will not fit.
The wood is not cut even on all places for wine glasses.
Price
I had a bit of a sticker shock for the cost and design simplicity but it absolutely worth it.

We did need to order chains to extend/lower it a little, which wasnt an issue, found them right here on amazon and they were cheap.

Got it so fast and it was super easy to install!
It got here before things i've ordered on amazon prime!

I did find that all of the slots cannot be used depending on the size of the glasses and the swinging can be a little tricky when putting glasses away

We are both fairly short especially my wife and its a little uncomfortable to reach the glasses and we have low ceilings
