Pros

Each channel provider’s antenna is at different heights and different output power. Almost every other station in central florida broadcasts on the uhf band.

Nearest tv station is 22 miles(wpsd) which is vhf. Farthest staion i am picking up is 45 miles miles(wsil)which is also vhf. I live in the upper midwest part of the us, so there are no mountains near.

It helps to have something to prop it up against or to have a pole or a tripod to attach it to. It is mounted on my balcony. Installed it yesterday and had thunderstorms last night.

A quick tutorial on antennas. Indoors it can be challenging to orient since mounting it on the wall isn't always the optimal location for reception.

Cons

Pictures & instructions are from a copier - hard to read, very poor. The company comes close to being a scam.

Winegard fv-30bb is no better than the cheap 8 dollar rca antenna. Advertising shows hanging indoors - no way. Blips and distortions all the time make it frustrating and impossible to watch tv.

I’m very happy with your product because of the quality of the pictures and easy setup.

This is a small, but very sturdy, antenna, and if you live in an urban / suburban area, you cannot go wrong with the winegard freevision.

I'm not sure if my powered antenna 'broke' but the picture quality kept getting worse and i started dropping channels.

The quality of the images was hd quality and i couldn’t believe my eyes.

It's great i can get 94 channels ,good value, good price.

The old antennae cost twice as much.

After adding a winegard indoor amplifier, the signal is much improved and sufficiently stable for all 9 rf channels in my area.

All set for the super bowl, college football, march madness, the olympics, and jeopardy !

They would constantly cut out or pixelate.

I was having issues with vhf channels on my mohu leaf, especially the local (austin tx) fox station.
