53 great channels at no cost to me
As of this writing, this antenna is going for $180!
If the antenna costs less than $50 new, stay away!
Update: as of january 2023, this $60 antenna is now going for $249.
Shipping
**i contacted the company and they got me the parts promptly, installation was easy.
Contacted winegard via email and customer support responded within 24 hours.
I tried the big market 90 miles from me and was able to receive them in the mornings but lost them during the day.
After sending a copy of my amazon invoice - they shipped the missing part.
Packaging/appearance
Beyond that, the unboxing, assembly, and mounting was as expected.
The antenna arrived without any packaging other than the delivery box - no instructions or accessory parts kit.
I was one of the lucky ones, where all the hardware was in the box.
Packaging was not at all good, but i would but again
Competitiveness
It better than paying for cable, and the quality of the picture over the air is outstanding.
Seattle, and the major broadcast towers lie directly between, 38 miles away.
It is not cheap compared to many other antennas on the market made in china or mexico.
That is the 8200 model and much larger.
