I move often so i have to search at each location but after a month i am very pleased with the number of channels i am able to pull in.
I'm very happy with this product and especially the service.
We live in a rural community and at best got 6 channels with the crank up antenna.
Would have given it 5-stars if it came with the raised mount.
Shipping
Offered to connect me to sales where i could buy a new antenna for $150 plus tax plus shipping.
Competitiveness
It is pricey, but i guess that’s what happens with no competition.
I had to buy the mount directly from winegard.

Went camping recently and upon arrival tried to scan for tv stations but there was no motor sound as usual from the dome on the roof and the controller showed a e3 alarm

Removed the dome and there was a light on the circuit board but no measurable voltage at the motor wires during startup reset or scan

I sent winegard a email to their help mail address and two days later i received a reply that said based on the diagnostics i did a new antenna was being sent to my address

We have allot of issues with things that sit out in the sun during the summer here with the extreme heat which i supposed was the root cause of this failure

But still all products that are designed to be exposed to the elements hot or cold should allow for this possibility and not fail

I called tech service an ask about the installation on my retractable tv mast an was told that i would probably ok
