Tested the unit according to support and found that one of the ends of my cable was not supplying the voltage necessary for the unit to work properly

If we hadnt already had 12 volts on the coax cable it might have been a bit of an exercise to hook that up but since it was already there i just had to turn it on

However the three that were found previously were so bad of reception one frame every few seconds that it was unwatchable anyways

In this case good means excellent quality no signal breakups at all

Fair means tolerable audio stayed on the whole time but picture would periodically have a glitch on part of the screen

Bad means frustrating audio would occasionally break up and picture would sometimes completely go out but come back quickly

Very bad means unwatchable often the tv would go blue and you might see a frame every few seconds with no audio
