Pros
Antenna is well packaged. Includes mounting pole and mounting hardware. Works great i get 10's of channels. The only downside is the matching transformer.

Well built, simple to install and works wonderful.
I found the ease of set up and quality of construction very satisfying.
The splitter from the antenna to the co-ax is cheap, it broke and i had to fix it
It stopped working today, was in and out all week.
Price
Add this to a few streaming services and we project to save $1300+/year over expected cable cost.
I live in a forest so i was glad to find this antenna as i refuse to pay for satellite dish.
I've also gotten rid of youtube tv, which was costing $85 a month.
In service of cordcutting, i ran a rabbitears report and figured that this would bring in the four channels that we'd been paying ~$50/ mo.

I received the antenna earlier than i expected, and put it up that evening.
Competitiveness
Don't get every channel but much much better.
I purchased this antenna to replace one that only receive only uhf channels.
It is directional and if correctly aimed at the towers will perform better than other brands.
The picture is much better than what i received from dish network.

If your towers are closer that 40 mi you could put in attic and be just fine

It is an antenna that is specifically designed for the vhf channel above 6 and uhf up to 36
