Pros
We are very pleased with it and the incredible customer service we received. It arrived on time and in pristine condition. Great value for the money.
Installation kit includes flexible hose, but needs to also include a good zip tie. Comes with plug. Place plug just above main unit on right. After the stack is installed on top the unit becomes more secured.
The lighting is perfect and because i have gas stove it needed to be vented. The led lights are also great.
Cons
Came in damaged and has to return. Was dented before boxed and sent that way. Mesh filters are not dishwasher safe as advertised. Another gripe is the toggle switch that operates the lights no longer works.

Easy to install, sturdy and not crazy noisy like some i have heard.
This product is excellent the cfm 400 air flow is excellent for my gas stove it does it’s work.
Update on feb 2021: the switch board stoped working.
I have left the led lights on 24/7 the entire time, except power outages.
Price
For the price this is definitely worth it.
Awesome vent just of all i paid half the price from home depot!
I would have paid double the price at home depot for the same hood.
I wasn’t looking at spending hundreds of dollars for one because it doesn’t get used a lot, i mainly like the aesthetics.
Shipping
Arrived on time and in pristine condition.
I wish i had installed it when i got the house several years earlier.
They immediately sent a replacement unit free of charge!
Packaging/appearance
It did come with some damage with part of the side dented and part of the mesh screen dented as well.
Competitiveness
It was much more affordable than other hoods of a similar quality.
Another version may do better and i'm looking into filters to add on to reduce this further.

The baffles do a decent job at keeping most of the gunk out of the fan but as you can see from the picture some gets thru
