I am legitimately stunned by how great this is so glad i didstays theres a sticky sort of silicone or rubber along seams including the top of the bust
Padding light padding is thick enough to cover nipping but not so padded to make an impactband 4 hooks on the band for my size
Tldr version good for big busted gals highly recommend
