Pros

This chair is comfortable and adjustable. The seat cushion is thicker and plusher than the average office chair. Love the bottom cushion, color, ease of assembly, 4 inch height adjustment.

For a tall person, it's fine. I'm 5’8” and i like to be able to feel like i’m seating back deep in the chair to support my legs.

Beautiful color & very sturdy. This chair is a very pretty green which contrasts nicely with the white plastic and metal parts.

Customer service is top notch. Otherwise super nice char for the price. Great quality chair at an amazing price.

Cons

The chair on the description and picture makes one believe it drops and extends from 11. This confuses me so much as this chair is supposed to be the more premium and expensive version.
