Packaging/appearance

Office chair was well packed and arrived in perfect non damaged state.

The thing that really stood out for me was the way this chair was packed.

All of the screws were in a blister pack that was labeled as to where the screws went.

This was well packaged, with great instructions and easy for me (i'm 76 yr old gal) to put together.
