Pros

The instructions are in clear english and well illustrated, the hardware all blister packed and identified precisely in the instructions. Construction is all steel and heavy duty impact resin. Very sturdy and durable.

The seat is firm but adequately padded for most people. The padding adds so much comfort. However, the cushion for my * is a bit hard.

Armrests flip up effortlessly and are cushioned. Allows you to sit cross-legged without having to lift the armrests. Great chair for playing guitar and other stringed instruments.

The height adjustability is nice. This chair is the right height for my crafting table. Foot rest height is adjustable.

Despite its thinness, the backrest netting provides sufficient comfort. It breathes on the back and provides support with the lumbar curve.

Cons

The seat sits too far forward and the chair pad is too hard to sit on. Unfortunately it's too too heavy for me to box up and return (+ the box was discarded). Would not recommend.

The problem lies with amazon delivery they have screwed up the last three orders.

Our chair was packaged very well in the carton that although the outside of the box was damaged slightly, the chair parts were not.

It is very easy to put together once you get all the packing material off.

Competitiveness

It was competitively priced and a great value when compared to similarly priced products.

The price is within range of comparable chairs and if you are looking for a new desk chair, this is the one for you.

The other photo is the drafting chair at its highest, about 10" higher than the office chair's maximum, and that makes a huge difference.
