The winrise has an adjustable height of 23 to 30 inches. The tension adjustment for the recline is easy to adjust, though i had to get off the chair to do it comfortably. It adjusts for lower seated desks as well for versatility.

There are 5 caster wheels on this chair. The 360-degree swivel allows for easy maneuverability. The smooth-rolling casters glide effortlessly across different floor surfaces.

Cons

The chair is far from being ergonomic for a workstation/computer desk. The arm rests are too narrow, too short and too low and not enough padded. The ergonomics are just wrong uncomfortable for those kind of tasks.
