This chair is an amazing value for the sturdiness and quality. The foam on the chair is thicker than my previous chair. The chair boasts a robust construction that exudes durability.
I am a stocky man and it is great for comfort. It is comfortable, adjustable, and ergonomic. Super comfy and the color is just gorgeous.
This one helps me solving this problem perfectly. Excellent customer service from the seller. Would buy it again. Definitely satisfied with the product.
Cons
Very frustrating, considering the 30 day return window is expired. This unexpected flaw raises concerns about the overall build quality.

The chair is also good quality and big with adjustable height and a comfy back to relax on.
It feels sturdy and stable and according to the specs can support up to 300 lbs of weight.
There was also an assembly flaw on the backrest, a piece of plastic is sticking out on one side and i was unable to snap it back to place.
There was not a single scratch, scuff or ding on this chair.

Very comfortable chair, especially at the low price.
It is a very nice deal for sure being on sale at 160$ as i'm writing this review.
It's not memorized foam but at that price they rarely are.

This surpassed my expectations when i got it, fast delivery too.
This chair arrived well packaged and promptly.
It didn't ship with the regular company that does it, it was coming through canada post, so i was checking on their website too.
I was told it was delayed the first two weeks.
Packaging/appearance
All of the parts were nicely packed and organized with proper coding to help you assemble.
The screws were well packaged and easy to find.
To say it was well packaged is an understatement.
This box had seen the underbelly of a warehouse.
Competitiveness
This chair is so much nicer than a similar chair i purchased 6 months ago.

Its heavier than i thought it would be and i think that could be a good thing cuz its steady but it is a solid chair

It doesnt recline a ton but thats okay cause you wouldnt want it to fall over but there are certain chairs that are designed to recline a lot more that you might prefer over this

The chair is at its lowest height on the picture but it also goes up if your desk is tall

Its very comfortable and will make you sit properly but be careful as it very comfortable and might make you slouch and not get any work done

As for the support on a scale of 15 one being the softer i would give this chair a 3
