Pros

I'm 5'2 and my feet sit flat on the floor on the lowest level which is perfect for me. I like that the back lumbar is adjustable. The arm rests have some cushion and i love that they raise up.

This is better than the gaming chair i currently have at home. Great inexpensive office chair. Worth every penny spent.

Cons

The chair back came installed upside down and there was no way to correct it. The lumbar support could not be adjusted at all. The arm rests are not adjustable.

Previously i had one of those big faux leather type chairs but the chair kept peeling and peeling until i just couldn't handle it anymore.

This chair is great and i got it on sale (clipped one of those amazon coupons that sometimes show up near items).

I bought this as a gift for my husband, whose previous office chair was much more expensive, yet was falling apart after a year.

This chair is about what i expected for $100.

Very fast delivery and easy to assemble.

This arrived right on time and took just a few minutes to assemble.

Packaging/appearance

I also like how they included the little packaged kit of tools and extra bolts and stuff, which i'm definitely gonna keep just in case.

The chair parts came neatly and well packaged.

Box arrived in good condition and the enclosed parts were well padded and wrapped in plastic so they were all undamaged.

The box sat outside for hours in the rain and because everything was wrapped in plastic, not a single thing was wet inside.

Competitiveness

I've had more expensive chairs that aren't as good.

It's not super tall, but it's lowest setting is just shorter than every other chair i've had's highest setting.
