Pros
It is supremely comfortable, and has extraordinary lumbar support. The seat cushion is very soft and spongy, the back rest is supportive. Few nitpicks include quite firm elbow rests.
Casters are pretty cheap plastic, and a bit noisy, but that's something you get on chairs three times the price. Was easy to assemble, feels comfortable and sturdy.
It also is one of the tallest chairs when fully lifted i've ever seen. Allows me to sit for long hours without discomfort. Makes it easier to sitting for long periods of time without perpetual back issues.
The winrise office chair is a rare gem in a sea of mediocrity. The style is aesthetically pleasing. It’s about a chair that finally understands and accommodates with dignity.
Cons
The recline feature is nice, but is nothing compared to my previous chair. The chair backrest is moveable, but the seats is not. The seating underplate seems to be very flimsy if you are a heavy.

It is comfortable the seat lacked adjustment to tilt or not and adjust the lumbar part the rest is fine i have used it
