Pros

The ergonomic chair is great for lumbar and full back support. The foam is soft and supported, thus resolves my issue of lower back pain.

Simple adjustment and adaptation features allow me to customize the chair’s height and tilt angles effortlessly. Once assembled, it adjusts easily and is quite comfortable. The adjustable headrest works well for me in all of the seating positions.

the chair feels very well-made with high-quality materials. It is very well made and sturdy. The product is solid in terms of material quality. Heavy, solidly built chair.

Cons

The degree of incline is about 40 degrees and the cushion is causing bruising.

This renders the chair unusable. The quality is deceiving. This is the first time i've disagreed with the reviews left by other customers.

As soon as you sit on it, it tilts back a few degrees. No matter how much i tighten the tension knob the chair almost goes over backwards. The 90 degrees tilting mode is not good for work.

The lower lumbar support is on a tensioned spring, and you can only adjust it by pushing your back against it. It looks great, but it is too pliable/flexible. Lumbar support is too forward.

I was looking on amazon for a cheaper price on that chair when i found this winrise chair.

Very well-packaged, great written instructions, extra bolts & washers.

The chair came in a small box which made it easy for me to move and was easy to assemble.

This chair came in a pretty big box and i thought it was heavy but not really.
