Pros

I can confidently recommend this chair to other tall individuals. I love that the armrests are height adjustable so they can slide under my desk.

Wide enough to sit cross-legged. The seat is very padded. Although it is less cushioned than a chair i have at work.

Good lumbar support. The leaning back feature is nice when you would like to relax. This is a great office chair that helps your posture and back issues.

Cons

It's somewhat comfortable but it's nothing special or world changing, unless you have been sitting on a plastic lawn chair or a wooden church pew. The seat cushion is too deep.

The lower lumbar support is on a tensioned spring, and you can only adjust it by pushing your back against it. It looks great, but it is too pliable/flexible. Lumbar support is too forward.

This is the first time i've disagreed with the reviews left by other customers. The quality is deceiving. It’s hard as a brick. This renders the chair unusable.

Easy to put together, great quality, certainly feels like it will last a long time.

I never like the ones that you have to strap on cuz they always move around and they're never big enough.

After looking at many computer chairs and even ordering one and after receiving that one, it was cheap quality.

I would definitely recommend it and it’s fairly priced.

For chairs around this price point, i am very satisfy.

Now it feels like a $1,200 chair.

Got this quickly and he has been using daily.

The chair arrived quickly, it was extremely easy to assemble and it’s very comfortable.

Fortunately, i was home and retrieved it once i got the delivery notification.

I had a small issue with my chair and the customer service was extremely quick to act and take care of me.

Packaging/appearance

After receiving this chair, you can tell they package it up with care, the parts are quality made and it was very easy to put together.

Packaging was protective, but may absolutely send environmentalists.

I did have a hard time putting it together because the directions were not in the box but i figured it out without having to google it.
