Pros

Well built and foldable. Assembly 30 minutes with a power screwdriver/drill. It folds up beautifully.

The shelves look great and are very sturdy. My only criticism is that the shelves are not walnut, but walnut veneer. Super sturdy and nice looking, too.

The wood is solid and heavy. Doesn't wobble at all. It appears to be sturdy solid wood throughout, no cheap particleboard. It's very lightweight and not cumbersome to carry.

Cons

This is a poorly made product that requires significant assembly. The fit and finish are very cheap. Arrived with damaged pieces. If you order it assembled, it costs twice as much.

The wood is soft, scratched, dented. There is no protective laquer coat.

They are well packaged, easy to assemble, and extremely sturdy.

I had to put this one together, which didn't require much time, but my older one was already put together in the packaging.

I bought one of these at the local bed, bath and beyond stores some years back.

I have a very similar book case from several years ago and i wanted the new one to match the old one.
