Pros

Good protective packaging. I foresee these lasting a long while. The contents were thankfully not damaged.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy and stabile. Very smooth and a bit slippery.

Assembly is not too bad as the back is preassembled. I have arthritic hands, so it takes me time to use an allen wrench. The chair went together well, and by paying careful attention to which parts went where it came together quickly and snugly.

Cons

Manufacturer instructions require completing a form of all missing pieces.

Buyer beware. This mistake is beyond unacceptable. A waste of 100 bucks.

Chairs are otherwise sturdy but flaws appeared there not from shipping but from the manufacturer. They wobble and tilt, particularly when no one is seated in them. The chairs are otherwise okay.

They are rather flimsy and not well made in the slightest. Very poor workmanship and materials. Cut corners in the final 10% of production, ruining their presentation.
