Easy to assemble. I'm 57, retired and handicapped. Advise to use a screw gun with a hex screw adapter to fit in the slot of the screw head for much faster assembly.

There were two issues. Bothers me. Fits well. But this one was exactly what was shown, so my only complaint is with me.

The surface finishing, especially at the ends of some of the shelf slats, may not be entirely smooth. The variety of hardwood is close-grained and has a solid heft. Wood is pretty solid also. Very sturdy and nice looking.
