Pros

This one fits the bill. Beautiful finish. Definitely would recommend it without any exceptions. I'm happy with the purchase.

Very sturdy. It's a little shaky when my mixer is going, but otherwise very sturdy!

The butcher block looking top, the wheels and hardware are good quality and the finish is attractive. Real solid hardwood. Can be challenging to assemble.

Prefect for our small kitchen. It makes a perfect extra workspace. It looks great holds alot of space.

The drawer is great for the stuff you rarely access. The side shelves will hold a sub woofer, roku type box and a small blu-ray/dvd player. The drawer doesn't have stoppers, so you have to be careful opening it.

Cons

The majority of this item is laminated wood and had lots of filler over scratches and cracks trying to hide the damagesand the many scratches. Cheap screws provided stripped using their hand tool. The wood is very cheap and fragile.
