They lose a star because one of the markers arrived dried up and i tried to contact the sender and ask for a replacement of just the one marker since i could not return the whole set note that this is a nonreturnable item but never heard back

Markers can be tricky in terms of deciding what to buy because the name copic stands so far aboce most other brands yet busts the dollar enough to leave many customers wondering its really necessary to buy copics
