Pros
The joysticks are accurate enough that you could even use it for things like a first person shooter. My son is able to play video games easier without complaining about it hurting his hand.
Cons
Most modern controllers fall victim to this because of design flaw. Took too long to arrive and returning it is on your dime. It doesn't fix the most important obstacle that makes gaming difficult on a big reach.
