Pros
It's simple to use and operates wonderfully. It's a nice matte black and doesn't stand out so it's easy to conceal. This is one of the rare products which performs flawlessly right out of the box.
The startup time is also pretty seamless. My only nitpick is that the range is so good.
The only downside is that the configuration is stored on the device. However, this device has several cool options, such as adjusting the screen dpi. It comes with an app for your phone that allows you to tweak settings as needed.

Buyer beware. This brand has multiple problems. Would like to get a refund. This lasts about 4 months before doing the same thing.

Wish i would have waited another week to order,because it's now on sale.
A new version is supposed to be released this year and although i just paid for this version, i'll definitely also get the new one.
Shipping
I quickly got accustomed to having android auto available wirelessly via bluetooth in the new ride.
It really messed up sending and receiving calls and txts in the house.
The firmware it shipped with was outdated and it refused to update.
But the customer service responded very quickly and solved the issue with one email.
Packaging/appearance
It came, i unboxed, put this little guy in the cubby behind the the infotainment screen, and downloaded the app.
Competitiveness
Easier faster setup, and so far working even better than the motorola did.
Android auto seems just as responsive as being connected to the phone via usb, although i have not tried a side-by-side comparison.
I'm disappointed that i already have three other brands.
I tried several ther products but none worked right with my 2021 mazda cx9.

The app sucks is stuck with android auto battery optimize setting loop it constantly displays in a loop 34check battery settings34 for samsung note 20 5g and does not proceed further and yet the samsung galaxy note default setting cannot change for android auto
