Its all in chinese so if you dont speak that you can use a translation app to get the basic idea of what the buttons do

When you want to use it just put in in your bra it does not get in the way of anything if you want to do household work or anything really

The only downfall is that the remote and the instructions only in chinese

The onoff button on the unit and remote are universal but the other buttons in chinese
