Pros
No issues, no sticky *, no lag.
The controller works excellently and is exactly as advertised. Good replacement, no drifting. Compared to oem this one seems to have same responsiveness and accuracy.
Cons
Two weeks with approximately 28-30 hours of play time and now both randomly loose connection to console. Will be returning both of these units as well and buying microsoft controllers.

Look, feel, and construction were excellent and just like the original controllers it was replacing with the exception of the triggers.
Overall am happy with them and haven't had any issues so far.

I bought it as a replacement for an older microsoft xbox controller, and it worked seamlessly with the existing usb dongle.
