I started with these good price i never have tried ear buds so this was new to me .
Overall, these are an amazing product for the price.
Overall, when they go on sale they are totally worth buying.
I'm pretty frugal, so i'm not one to pay the higher price that these are listed at.
Shipping
It was still under warranty but it was better than i expected and it was very quick service.
Packaging/appearance
I was excited to get them but when they came there was only one earbud in the package.
They were wrapped in plastic so probably not but you never know.
I contacted customer support to see if i could get a new box.

If you like hardcore music it will come out sounding like a busted stereo speaker but for most common music they are good

The rectangular ish pieces of the headphones goes straight up and down not parallel with your face with throws the weight off a little and the piece that goes around your ear doesn’t grip around your ear
