Pros

The headset is quite comfortable and has a ridiculously long battery life. I wear them everyday and i feel that the battery lasts a pretty long time.

The only problem is that you cannot answer a call by pressing any * on the headset on a pc. The function * are easy and conveniently located.

Great sound quality, crisp clean phone calls with amazing noise canceling. Works so well for my husband, who drives all day, that he had me or another set for him and one for his partner. Definitely good sound and noise cancellation.

Cons

It's hard to hear, the sound coming in is muffled and not clear. Only way to mute is to use mute function on phone or laptop.
